Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup served on a plate

Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

No ratings yet
Slow cooker black bean soup uses dried beans and simple aromatics to build a thick, smoky soup with minimal effort. Soaking beans overnight reduces cook time, and pureeing part of the soup creates a creamy texture without dairy. Add fresh lime juice after cooking to keep the beans tender and flavorful.
