Pork Ragu with Pappardelle

No ratings yet
Slow-simmered pork shoulder creates a tender, rich ragu thick enough to cling to wide pappardelle noodles. Browning the pork shoulder builds deep flavor while simmering with tomatoes, wine, and aromatics ensures tender meat and a flavorful sauce. This comforting dish is ideal for weeknight dinners or meal prep.
