Pork Osso Buco

No ratings yet
Pork Osso Buco features bone-in pork shanks braised slowly in a rich tomato, wine, and aromatic broth until tender. The marrow melts into the sauce, creating depth and silky texture, while slow oven cooking breaks down connective tissue for melt-in-your-mouth meat.
