Polish Pączki Doughnuts served on a plate

Polish Pączki Doughnuts

No ratings yet
Polish pączki are yeast-raised doughnuts fried until golden and filled with fruit preserves. Success depends on proofing the dough fully and maintaining oil at 350°F so the exterior crisps without absorbing grease. Make these for festive gatherings when you want light, airy doughnuts with a traditional rose or plum jam center.
