Blue Cheese Dressing with Buttermilk

No ratings yet
Blue Cheese Dressing with Buttermilk is a creamy, tangy dressing made by whisking mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and crumbled blue cheese with garlic and lemon juice. Its texture is perfected by adding buttermilk gradually and chilling the dressing so flavors meld and it firms up. This dressing works well with crisp salads or as a dip for wings and veggies.
