  2. Use Creme de Cassis as a 1:1 substitute in cooking for sweetness and color with black currant notes.
  3. In mocktails or desserts where you want no alcohol, substitute Black Raspberry Syrup 1:1 for Chambord.
  4. For cooking sauces or glazes, mix 2 tablespoons red wine with 1 tablespoon raspberry jam per 1 tablespoon Chambord.
  5. Kirsch can substitute Chambord 1:1 for drier, cherry notes in cocktails and baking.
  6. Blackberry Brandy works 1:1 to add darker berry flavors in cocktails and desserts.
  7. Use Raspberry Vinegar at half the amount and dilute for savory dishes; not suitable for sweet or alcoholic recipes.

Notes

Strain Black Raspberry Syrup before use to prevent clogging or uneven sweetness in your drink or dish.
